This Privacy Policy explains how Agent Hero ("Agent Hero," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, try our live demo, or use our services. By using our site or services, you agree to this Policy.

Who We Are

Agent Hero builds custom AI assistants ("agents") for real estate professionals. Our agents help agents handle leads, follow-ups, scheduling, comparative market data, marketing, and CRM upkeep. When you use Agent Hero to serve your own clients, you are the controller of your clients' data and Agent Hero acts as a processor that carries out your instructions.

Information We Collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, brokerage, and any details you include when you join the waitlist, contact us, or book a call.
• Live demo messages: when you use the on-site "Text your assistant" demo, the messages you type are sent to our AI provider (see below) to generate a reply. We do not use demo messages to build a profile of you, and we ask that you not enter real personal or client data into the demo.
• Service & connected-tool data: when you run an Agent Hero agent, we process data from the tools you connect (e.g., MLS, CRM, calendar, email, messaging, ad accounts) and the content needed to perform tasks you delegate — including information about your clients and leads.
• Voice data: if you enable voice features, we process voice samples you provide, with your consent, to create a voice for outbound voice messages.
• Usage data: privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics about how the site is used (e.g., page views). Our analytics are designed to be cookieless where possible.

How We Use Information

• To build, train, operate, and improve your agent and our services.
• To perform the tasks you delegate to your agent on your behalf.
• To respond to inquiries, provide support, and send updates you've asked for.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

AI Providers & Service Providers

We use trusted third parties to run the platform, including cloud hosting/CDN providers and AI model providers (for example, OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to, and Google) that generate responses and process content. These providers act on our behalf under agreements that limit their use of the data. We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with such providers, at your direction, or when required by law.

Your Clients' Data

When your agent handles client or lead information, you remain responsible for having the appropriate rights and consents to collect and process that data and to contact those individuals. We process it on your instructions to deliver the service, and we do not use your clients' data to train general-purpose models.

Voice & Messaging Consent

Voice cloning is used only with your explicit consent and within the limits you set. You are responsible for complying with laws that govern outreach — including calling, texting, and email rules (such as TCPA and CAN-SPAM in the U.S.) — and for honoring opt-outs.

Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect data in transit and at rest. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, support you, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. You can exercise these rights, or ask us to help with a request from one of your clients, by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Cookies & Analytics

We aim to keep the site free of non-essential tracking cookies. If we add analytics, we favor privacy-friendly, cookieless tools. Where required, we'll ask for consent.

Children

Our site and services are intended for real estate professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
